Shipping policy

We know you want your goods STAT! 

Our team aim to process and ship your orders within 3-4 Business Days using our very reliable delivery service Australia Post. 

Please note we ship orders on working days only (between Monday-Friday) and all orders placed on Weekends will be processed and despatched when we return to work on Monday.

Any orders placed on Public Holidays will be despatched the following shipping day. 

 We currently have 2 Australia Post courier pick up days booked during the week ( Tuesday & Thursday) and we will do our very best to work these into each order. Please understand, I’m a mum to a young girl and sometimes unexpected things pop up which can cause a slight delay.  

 

If you have selected to pick up your order from our business premises we will get in contact with you as soon as practical to arrange a pick up date and time. Please ensure your contact details are accurate as we would hate to not be able to fulfil your order!

 

Please allow 4-5 days after despatch to receive your order, depending on your location. Rural areas may require an extra day or 2. Its important to add your mobile number to your order so they can contact you if needed.

During peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances delivery time may be slightly longer. In this instance, we will always communicate this with you via our Facebook page.

 

All orders receive full tracking information. You will receive an email at the time of despatch so that you can track your order. If you have any questions around the delivery of your parcel, please contact our team at sandandwillow@hotmail.com with your order query.

 

COVID-19 UPDATE
We are currently experiencing some delays across the network with Australia Post. It may take a little longer for you to receive your order. We are taking all necessary measures to ensure your orders are packed safely. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.  



PRE-ORDERS/PRESALE
If your order contains in stock and pre-sale items your order will be sent when the pre-sale items arrive. If you want your in stock items sent straight away please place 2 separate orders. Please check the product listing for details of the estimated date of delivery. Please note from time to time our suppliers experience delays. These delays are out of our hands but we will notify you and keep you updated. When the stock arrives we will pack and ship your order as quickly as possible.
